• Shipping Rates & Timeframes

• We operate out of two hubs to serve you better. Delivery speed depends on the warehouse location and your destination:

• Manila & Luzon: 1–2 business days (via Manila Warehouse).

• Visayas & Mindanao: 5–10 business days (via Mindanao Warehouse).

• Shipping Fee: A Flat Rate of ₱200 applies to all local orders.

• 2. Warehouse Selection

• Kratom Orders: You may select either the Manila or Mindanao warehouse at checkout.

• All Other Products: These are shipped exclusively from our Mindanao warehouse.

• 3. Dispatch Schedule

• Daily Cut-off: 1:00 PM.

• Orders placed before the cut-off are sent the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched the next business day.

• 4. Customer Responsibilities

• Tracking: It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor their parcel using the tracking information sent via email.

• Availability: Please ensure you or an authorized representative is available to receive the delivery.

• Patience: The Philippines is a developing country with many islands. While we ship promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (weather, courier delays, or port congestion).

• 5. Important Terms & Conduct

• Joy Bidders: Failed transactions or "Joy Bidding" will incur a minimum penalty of ₱200 to cover postage and packaging. For larger orders, this fee will be recalculated based on actual J&T Express costs.

• Conduct: We value mutual respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to overly demanding or disrespectful customers.
